Alternative Aeroscreen Mounting Bracket Fitment TR2 / TR3

1) Close the bonnet and ventilator flap (if fitted)

2) Remove wiper arms and blades

3) Remove windscreen assey-you need a friend to assist with this!

4) Remove the 4 dome headed screws with washers from the top (picture 2)

5) I have made a tap inside the bracket hole where the screw is fitted in. Note: there are varying sizes of stem on aeroscreens sold!

6) I've put a soft rubber underneath the bracket (damage).

7) fit the 4 brackets to the scuttle top using the scews previosly removed, finger tighten the screws only so you still can adjust the brackets for the right aeroscreens. Note: the brackets will never be parallel if the bulkhead holes are different width apart when compared to the aftermarket aeroscreens mountig stems (picture 6). tighten the 4 dome headed scuttle screws. Loosen the 4 grub screws and the aeroscreens can be lifted out leaving thebrackets fitted in place.

8) Refit the aeroscreens and nip up the grub screws (do not overtighten).

Check all is tight,. drive your TR and enjoy the breeze, added preformance and fun!
